With over 3 billion square feet of themed parks, shopping malls and hotels, Dubailand is noted as the world’s most ambitious leisure, tourism and entertainment hub. The diverse projects under Dubailand include theme parks, eco-tourism projects, shopping malls, restaurants and residential units that are being developed by UAE, GCC and international investors. Due to the project’s inevitably attractive environment, First Dubai decided to purchase these 2 plots, with a total plot area of 47,682 sq. Both plots are classified for residential usage. The residential units will consist of a ground floor along with 9 other floors.
