Mr. Loay Al-Ibrahim holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Public Administration from North Carolina State University. In addition Mr. Al-Ibrahim has participated in numerous specialized training programs such as Hotel Supplies Program – UK, Development Planning and the Role of the Private Sector –Arabic Institute for Planning in association with Kuwait Foundation for the Advancement of Sciences (KFAS), Executive Hospitality Management & Strategic Planning Program - Nova Southeastern University, Miami-Florida.

Mr. Al-Ibrahim is a result-oriented professional with a proven track-record in the areas of strategy planning and execution, building top-performing teams and achieving success by restructuring operations to drive back growth and profitability.
Mr. Al-Ibrahim is currently the Chairman of Regional Marketing Company, specializing in oil & gas and international trade. He has also held several positions throughout his career such as the Deputy Chairman & Managing Director at Kuwait Catering Service Company. Mr. Al-Ibrahim was also appointed by Kuwait’s Council of Ministers as the private sector representative on the team responsible for the Development of Kuwait’s Islands and execution of the Neutral Zone Agreement, as well as the Team Leader of the Sulaibikhat Coastal Project. He was the Acting General Manager of Safir Hotels & Resorts Company, General Manager Safat Catering Company and the Deputy Chairman of Dhubaiyia Resort Company. During the 1990 invasion, Mr. Al-Ibrahim was assigned by Kuwait’s government in Taif - KSA on a special mission to Tunisia and Morocco aimed at shielding Kuwait’s multiple hotel assets in the two countries from unlawful seizure/takeover.
