Waterfront Real Estate Company KSCC, a subsidiary of First Dubai Real Estate Development Company, will embark on its operations with a residential project ideally located within the central Madinat Al Arab area of the prestigious Dubai Waterfront Project, which is both a new downtown and a central business district of Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
